At EVW, we believe that well-managed events can become powerful platforms for change. On 8th December 2025, we were proud to manage the “Eat Right Stay Bright Youth Conclave” at OUAT College, Bhubaneswar—a meaningful initiative aimed at empowering young people with knowledge, awareness, and motivation around nutrition and healthy living.
The conclave was organised by UNICEF Odisha in association with Poshan Abhiyaan, Government of Odisha, bringing together youth, experts, educators, and development practitioners on a common platform. The objective was clear: to engage young minds in conversations around balanced diets, healthy habits, and the role of nutrition in building a stronger, brighter future.
A Platform for Youth Engagement and Awareness
India’s youth population plays a critical role in shaping the nation’s health and development outcomes. Recognising this, the Eat Right Stay Bright Youth Conclave was designed as an interactive and youth-centric forum, where participants could not only listen but also engage, question, and reflect.
Sessions focused on:
- The importance of balanced nutrition in daily life
- Healthy food choices and lifestyle habits
- The role of youth as ambassadors for nutrition awareness
- Aligning personal health with national initiatives like Poshan Abhiyaan
The setting at OUAT College provided an ideal academic and energetic environment, reinforcing the message that knowledge, awareness, and action must go hand in hand.
EVW’s Role: From Concept to Seamless Execution
As the event management partner, EVW worked closely with UNICEF Odisha and the organising teams to ensure the conclave was executed seamlessly and professionally. Our approach focused on precision planning, coordination, and participant experience.
Our responsibilities included:
- End-to-end event planning and on-ground coordination
- Venue setup and branding aligned with the event’s theme
- Stage management and session flow coordination
- Technical arrangements including audio-visual support
- Participant management to ensure smooth registration and engagement
- On-site troubleshooting to maintain uninterrupted proceedings
